After several strolls along the streets of Tokyo, our Kawaii Vintage fairytale began. It was the beautiful capital of Japan that opened our eyes to the spectacular world of vintage - and especially designer vintage.
In 2020 we started Kawaii Vintage with the purpose of creating a fusion between the quality-minded vintage designer culture in Japan and our Danish roots. The vintage designer bags that you will find on Kawaii Vintage are in accordance with the Japanese notion of ‘wabi sabi’, namely, finding the perfect in the imperfect. We believe the mix of patina and good quality bags entails exactly that!
